Christian is a founding partner at Radley, where he manages the overall finances and operations of the company. He splits his time between the marketing and content teams, and, as a whole, ensures that the train always runs on time. Prior to forming Radley, Christian spent 10 years as the VP of Finance and Operations working at Maury Povich’s production shingle Stun Creative where he oversaw massive growth. Prior to Stun, he spent several years in independent film production as a production coordinator and production manager. He is a husband and father to two busy middle schoolers, a huge Dodgers fan and can be spotted at the beach on weekends.

Kurt is Radley’s Chief Creative Officer and a co-founding partner. While at Radley, Kurt incubated and co-founded ROKA, a performance design company based in Austin, TX with CEO Rob Canales. Radley has become ROKA’s agency of record with Kurt overseeing the creative and design teams. Kurt’s product design work has earned over a dozen international design and utility patents, been worn by the world's best athletes on their way to winning numerous Olympic Gold medals and world championships, and has garnered the top industry and trade accolades including ISPO, Outside Magazine’s "Gear of the Year" and Red Dot design awards.

Brandon Hill is a partner at Radley, overseeing development, production, and distribution of the company’s television projects. Prior to joining Radley Hill was Co-EP of critically acclaimed dramedy "Easy Money" for the CW network. Before that, Brandon was an executive at Media Rights Capital where he helped launch their inaugural tv slate, including "Life And Times of Tim" for HBO, "In Harm's Way" for the CW, and format acquisition for Netflix's "House of Cards". He also produced two independent features for Sony Pictures, and was a writer on the ABC / Dreamworks drama "Line of Fire". He started his career working for George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh's Section Eight. And (if we keep it in the circle of trust) he once did an uncredited rewrite on a low-budget Canadian horror movie to buy an engagement ring. Brandon lives in Venice with his wife Alex (fortunately, she said yes).

Brandon is a founding partner at Radley, where he leads the Marketing and Digital teams. Specializing in post-production and motion graphics, Brandon has a diverse portfolio that includes multi-platform and experiential campaigns, as well as network rebrands. He prides himself on delivering top-shelf creative while constantly searching for efficiencies in every aspect of production, understanding that our industry requires a myriad of solutions in a landscape of ever-changing challenges. He specifically loves projects centered around sports or traveling - bonus points if they combine both! When he’s not working, you are most likely to find him hiking with his wife Tatjana and dog Poppy…unless USC is playing any sport, anywhere, in which case you'll find him glued to the screen or cheering the team on from the stands.

Antonio leads the Radley Design Studio and is a co-founding partner. Antonio’s focuses are on motion graphics and photographic experiences for brands, products, technology and people. Since the inception of the company, Antonio has worked to build a solid team of artists that serves as the design engine for Radley. His motion graphic design career has spanned global brand launches, numerous film and TV main titles, as well as product and architectural design. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Antonio is a University of Colorado alum with a BFA in Design. He’s fluent in three languages and finds trading stocks and futures “fun.”

Liah works as Radley’s lead Executive Producer for digital and commercial productions. She oversees all of the studio’s productions, beginning with the early creative stages, through the completion of production, collaborating with clients and brands along the way to help bring their vision and values to life. She notched over 15 years of production experience, having worked with top agencies, directors, and brands like Toyota, Nexium, Subaru, Humira and many more. She’s traveled nationally and internationally, working on spots from PSAs to multi-million dollar campaigns. She has also produced several independent films, including “I Melt With You” directed by Mark Pellington, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and was distributed by Magnolia Films, as well as “The First Time” directed by Jon Kasdan, distributed by Samuel Goldwyn Films. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her in a pool swimming laps, having swum Division I in college for the University of California, Berkeley.

Christie oversees Radley’s unscripted development and spearheads content creation for broadcast, cable and OTT services, with a focus on long-form programming, premium documentary series and other formats. Previously, she has held executive positions at All3Media America, Shine America and Stephen David Entertainment. Her development and production credits include: Emmy-award winning The Men Who Built America (History), The World Wars (History), Gold Fever (Discovery), Fake Off (TruTV), Extreme Cheapskates (TLC) and Red Rum (Investigation Discovery). Christie brings years of experience working on award-winning television, award-winning digital and branded content across a variety of platforms. Most recently she served as the Showrunner for the Nashville Facebook Live aftershow, Nashchat (CMT).

John is an EMMY® nominated Creative Director with a primary focus on what he does best - branding and design. Since graduating from art school, John has spent the last 20 years leading teams, directing, designing and collaborating with some of the most talented people in the biz, creating iconic brand identities for television, film and industry leaders. John has been a creative thinker and doer his entire life. Born and raised in SoCal, he was influenced early on by the arts, music and skateboard subculture. His eye for branding and passion for design began by cutting up stencils and pasting stickers on anything and everything. John currently lives in Redondo Beach, where he enjoys soaking up the sun and continues to be inspired by his surrounding environment.

A life-long creative, Lise works as one of Radley’s Senior Art Directors, overseeing the creative direction for many of the studio’s primary accounts. The recipient of several dozen gold and silver BDA/Promax and New York Festivals awards, Lise has spent over 20 years developing her skills as a multi-disciplinary designer, with expertise ranging from concept development, to design and branding, to creative direction, to shoot supervision, to live action integration, to 2D and 3D animation. Throughout her extensive career, she has developed a deep expertise in building major network brand identities, helming the creative direction of international commercial beauty campaigns and has a wealth of experience in sports branding. When not creating with her LA work family at Radley, Lise likes to spend as much time in the saddle as she can, both at the velodrome and on her road bike, exploring the Santa Monica Mountains.

Veronica heads up business development for Radley Studios, where she looks to ignite new and exciting opportunities for the studio and its growing client roster. Prior to joining the team, she began her career as a talent agent at United Talent Agency where she represented a diverse actor base. Most recently, she worked at Full Picture, a communications and marketing agency in New York City, where she focused on developing multi-platform campaigns, forging partnerships and activating key initiatives for clients. Veronica brings over 12 years of client and project management experience with top brands and talent, having worked with companies across sectors from entertainment, to tech, to nonprofit. In her spare time, she can be found hiking one of the many canyons in LA, whipping up a new dish in her kitchen, or hopping a plane to a remote international destination.

Beau draws on his 20 years of experience, primarily in the tech and entertainment sectors, to keep Radley’s infrastructure efficiently performing ahead of industry standards. Beau and his team are responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving Radley’s ever-growing digital pipeline. He is involved in all phases of the production process from project development to project archival. When not at the office, Beau is likely talking his wife and son into an adventure that probably includes some combination of boating, skiing, motorcycle riding, scuba diving, camping and photography.

Melissa has an extensive background in television as well as short and long form documentaries. Prior to joining Radley, she produced for Discovery, TLC, Investigation Discovery, The History Channel, Lifetime Entertainment, Bio, Destination America, Discovery Fit&Health, Tru TV, The Guardian UK, Conde Nast Entertainment and AOL Originals. Bold organic coffee keeps her busy agenda on schedule... but even when she reaches the bottom of the cup, she has a furry "Latte" to fill the void... a 3-year old yorkie/maltese mix. But of course, Latte comes second only to her amazing son.
